Students had a free day on Sunday. At 2:30 students took shifts at Carly's house helping Reyna, the cook, prepare chiles rellenos, rice with vegetables, salad and flan. Yumm! Later Beverly Donofrio joined us for dinner and talked about her books, Riding in Cars with Boys and Looking for Mary. After the discussion, some students bought autographed copies of her books. |
